We are thrilled that you are interested in adopting your new best friend from Mabprachan Animal Shelter, locally or abroad. We take great pride in finding good homes for the animals in our care. The central issue in adoption is whether a new owner can provide a safe, secure & permanent home for the dog.
We always have a great selection of animals waiting for a person and place to call home. By adopting an animal you are helping to save a life.
Our adoptable dogs come in all shapes, sizes, and, of course, personalities. Almost any dog can make a wonderful, lifelong companion for you and your family. Choosing the right dog generally means identifying the type of animal who matches your wants and lifestyle. You may want to select a puppy as your new companion. Keep in mind that young dogs usually require much more training and supervision than more mature dogs. If you lack the time or patience to housetrain your puppy or to correct problems like chewing and jumping, an adult dog may be a better choice.
All adoptable dogs at Mabprachan Animal Shelter have already been spayed or neutered, de-wormed and are current on vaccinations and other necessary medical care. While all animals have been thoroughly checked by our veterinarians, we cannot guarantee the health of any animal.
Please take your time to go through our adoption form. It will help you to make an informed decision for your household and will help us be able to assist you to narrow in on selecting a dog that will match your lifestyle, while also ensuring your lifestyle matches the needs of the dog.
Almost every dog at Mabprachan Animal Shelter can provide you with boundless love and companionship, and every dog certainly deserves a lifelong home. Some dogs are better for you and your lifestyle that others. That’s why you should take the time to make a thoughtful choice. After all, you’re choosing a 4-legged friend who will be with you 10, 15, or even more years. Select the right dog, and you and your new companion will enjoy those years to the fullest.
